Workspace

This is my workspace. Most of the time, my brother hogs the laptop upstairs because he has “IB testing” to work on, but whenever I come upstairs, he’s always on facebook. This space is a little messy, and the table is just a wooden door. The computer is an old Mac, but it still works pretty well. A few summers ago, I bought a windows card, so I could run windows on the mac, and that helps me a lot with some things I need to do on windows. I also just use the table to do homework or draw. Behind the computer, there are metal lines we can hang artwork which is pretty cool.

Winter

I love the snow. It lights up our house even though it brings darkness. It also brings cold which a lot of people don’t like but I really love. In the front of our house we have 3 big windows that I always look out to see what the weather is like that day.  In the winter when I see it is snowy, it is always beautiful to look at and makes my morning a bit brighter. Also, around Christmas, we always but our tree right in front of the middle window, so people can see our tree. My family doesn’t really care about that though. If we don’t like some of the ornaments we have, but they are family ones when just put them at the back of the tree so we don’t have to see them.

Happiness

Sunlight. A cat. A cat playing in the sunlight. A nice artsy picture. These are all reactions that I get from this photo. They are good things and I’m happy people like this picture. What I see is happiness. Pretty simple but that’s true. My house has a lot of windows so it gets pretty bright or dark depending on the weather. If it’s rainy, I’m not as joyful, but more focused. Also, I like cats so of course, it brings me joy, and when I joyful I usually nicer, so my family likes me more (not that they don’t like me but some times I get a bit rude),  and everyone is a lot happier and cal, because of sunlight and cats.

My Cats

This is a cat. Pretty self-explanatory.  I like cats, and this one is Kellen. He just eats and sleeps a lot, and is a little overweight. He gets scared really easily and he isn’t really the best big brother, but he’s more than a cat in a picture to me. We also have another cat named Fern. He’s the younger brother by a few seconds but even so, he acts like it. He is very playful, and he always tries to escape our house. When we adopted them, I chose Fern because of his cuteness and playfulness, and that influenced my older brother to get his older brother.

The Park

If I see a rainy day across the street from me at the park, I know this is a board game get together with my friends. Or we feel different that day and want to go outside in the rain, but that never really goes well. People in my neighborhood probably see crazy kids running around at an elementary park, which is partly true, and that how Boo saw the kids running around with Dill having fun and being a child, and that what we were doing too. We just want to have fun and enjoy our childhood and connect further as friends.

Dinner

It may just seem like candle-light on a table or a backyard viewed through glass. They both have an object you are viewing on top of a table, but this is my perspective. This is how I view the world, and this is my home. These two pictures are of dinner tables. You are either looking through or at an object. That's all you see, but I see home. I see my point of view looking outside at the edge of the dinner table, tired because I had soccer practice but still having to do homework, and I want you to try to step into my shoes and see my perspective of life.
